ONLINE USER GUIDE


GALLERY is where the members can upload their pictures and view other members pictures. They have the pleasure of viewing the images by Most Recent, Top Rated and Most Viewed. The images are also divided into different categories.

Top Menu
Here you have the option to view all members picture, by default it will show you the most recent uploaded this is in the MAIN area of the Gallery, now to the right of this button there is a link called Upload Your Pics, which will direct the user to the upload area of images and the third button is a link called Edit Your Pics, which will direct the user to their Edit Picture Area in their Members Area, in case they wish to edit their title or the image.

Browse Menu
In this Browse box there is the option to minimize this box simply by pressing the area where the title of Browse is and the icon [-], this is to save load time next time the members enter this area. Above the Browse box the members can view how many images there are in the gallery in total and how many are shown on the actual page they are visiting.
The users have the option, these will be viewed in a drop down box, to view the images by certain orders, such as By Time, which is the most recent uploaded pictures, another option is to view the Top Rated, which by the name given shows the top rated pictures, and the last but not least the Most Viewed, which shows the images the members have viewed the most.

Below this option there will be the option to view the images in a Display Mode, which also will be shown in a drop down box. There will be 3 options to choose from, to view the images as Thumbnail, which is the default mode, or by a List, which will be further explained below, or by InfoPic, which will also be further explained below.
Once the user has chosen in which mode and order they wish to view the images, they simply click on the button where it says "Apply Browse Setting".

The Gallery
Here the user can view the images, if they choose the Browse Settings as "DISPLAY MODE: Thumbnail and 12 Per Page", they will be able to view the images three in one vertical row and four in a horizontal row. And the users choose to view the images by 24 per page or 6 per page, it will show images three in the vertical row and fill up downward. On the top to the right of all the images there is a link called Next Page, which will direct the user to the next page of images and on the bottom right there's a link with the previous option, to get to the next page. The links to the other pages further than the next page, such as third page or forth and so on, are on the top left and bottom left.

Now this area is viewed differently when the admin logs in. If the admin logs into the site and goes to the Gallery section, the admin will find the option to either Delete or make it a Feature, this option will be a link under the images, if the image is added to the features, and it will instead say Remove Feature.

Viewing the gallery as a List.
It will show the title as a link to direct you to the image and to the right of it the username of the member who uploaded it is shown. More to the right the Category of the images place is shown and further to the right the uploading date is shown.

The images will be shown vertically, with the image to the left and to their right the short detailed information are visible.
Starting with the username of the member, which is a link and then the title will be below the username. After the title the amount of times people have viewed the image and under this info the amounts of comments the picture has received will be shown. Then there is the resolution of the image, then below it the image size in KBs and last but not least the URL link to the actual image.

Once Clicked On An Image
The user will be directed to a page where the image is, and viewed usually in a bigger size. The Menu above the Gallery Section is still over the Image and its below information and the Category too.
Under the image the user have two links to choose from "Leave A Comment", which will direct them to leave a comment, in which there is a WYSIWYG editor and the link to the right there is a option to "Rate This Pic", which will send them to the Rating Section with the image so they can rate the image from 1-10. For further information regarding the Rating Section simply view the Rate module.

Below these two links there is the "Next Pic" link, which by the name given links the user to the next image.
Below the image and the links there is the information about the actual image, such as what date it was uploaded, how many views it has, how many comments and how the rating numbers are and other features the image has as the Resolution, size and the URL/Location of the image.
With the profile image to the right with the username above it, the "uploader" of the image.

Below all this, the Members Comments will be visible with a WYSIWYG editor to easily submit a comment.

Last Members To View

In this box it will show the user who recently viewed the gallery, starting from the left to the right, showing the profile image of the user and once a member hovers over the profile image it will show the username of the member.

Featured Pics
In this box, only one image will be shown as it is the featured one and once a member hovers over the profile image it will show the username of the member.

The Browse section gives the members the opportunity to search for other members and to get to their profile.

Categories
There are different options to view members, one is to view the Recently Logged In ones, and other is to view the newest members, if the user wish to do so they simply click on New Members in the CATEGORIES section as this is at the top of the Browse Section.
The third option is to view the recently Updated Profiles, which will show which members recently changed their profile. The fourth link is to view the Featured Members and last but not least the users who are online, by viewing who is online simply click on WHOS ONLINE.

Browse/Members
Below the categories of browsing the users can view the Browse Box with multiple options of searching for a user.
To the right of the title where it says Browse/Members the members will have the option to minimize this box, this is to save load time next time they enter this specific section.

Starting from the top left the user can see the items of "Jobs" and they can browse after the members as anything from "Artist" to "Vampmond", which will be shown as a drop down list, this can easily be added items or removed by going to the Admin Panel and change it under the section "Main Panel" and then under the subsection "Site Content", in which the Item will be under Drop-Down Contents. Now to the right you can browse whether or not the user smokes, which has the title as "Smoke", same thing goes for if the users drinks or not, which will be shown as "Drink". To the right and the last item on this row you can search after the user by their "Religion", where you have multiple answers from "No Answers" to "Wicca".

The row below starts with "Orientation", which depicts the sexual-preference of the user. Next one is "Dating Status", which has loads of different options, anything from "Pimp" to "Varies". Next there is the "Body Type", which the user can search of a "Slim/Slender" person or a "Body Builder", why not "More to Love" - loving more is always pleasant! The last item on this row is the "Sex", this one tells the gender of the user, whether they male or a female. The next row starts off with "Location", which says the country the user has chosen to use as their location, to the right of this item, there is "State", which will only be shown if the user has chosen their location as "United States", thus making the "Zip Code" form fill able. Then the last option on this row is the "Display" mode of the user, there is two option here, showing the user with their "Name and Pics" or as "Pics and Info". All the items which has a drop-down menu can easily be change from the Admin Panel and change it under the section "Main Panel" and then under the subsection "Site Content", in which the Item will be under Drop-Down Contents.

The last row in the Browse Box it starts of with "Age From", with the option starting from "16" to "100", ending the option "To" and then you choose the age with the same option of interval: "16" to "100". So you can browse people between the ages of 16 to 100 years-old. The last form is "Keyword Search for:", which you can search the actual "Username", "City" they live in or by their "Email". Here the user also can browse after certain text in the Profile fields, such as in the "About Me", e.g. if the user types in "Funny", it will show all the members who wrote "Funny" anywhere in the box of "About Me".

Once the user has chosen the settings for the search of the user then they simply click on "Search" to the bottom left of the Browse Box.

Under the Browse Box the user who searched for another user can find the members they browsed for under this box, showing the images and their username above the picture, in case they choose the option of viewing the members by "Name and Pics", there will be at most 3 members in one row. Now if the user chooses to view the members by "Pics and Info", the user's profile image will be shown to the left and to their right top the "username", with "Location" shown below, below these the "Gender/Orientation" will appear and then the "Age", their "Occupation", their "Dating Status" and the "Activity". Now, as an admin the admin will see the link to "Delete" or "Feature"/"Remove" (the feature) the members, these links will be below the Profile Image.

Here the members can write anything in their blogs for other users to view and comment.

At the top left one can find Categories with links to "Blogs", "Write New Blog", "Edit New Blog" and "RSS Feed", which will be explained separately.

Browse Blogs
Here the user can view other members blogs, which they can apply the "Blog Browser" in different options.
In this Blog Browser box there is the option to minimize this box simply by pressing the area where the title of Browse is and the icon [-], this is to save load time next time the members enter this area.

There is "Member Mood", which can has a drop down menu with various items, anything from "In Love" to "Other", to add items or remove simply go to the Admin Panel and change it under the section "Main Panel" and then under the subsection "Site Content", in which the Item will be under Drop-Down Contents.

One can browse blogs after order by time or most viewed blogs, simply choose in "Order by", then either by "Time" or "Most Viewed". Then there is the "Display Mode", which you can view the blogs in "Half-Text" or in "List", by viewing the blog in half text, the user can see a few sentences of the blog, to give them an idea of what the blogs about.

When the user views it by the display mode "List", it will show the title as a link to direct you to the blog and to the right of it the username of the member who uploaded it is shown. More to the right one will find the Mood of the blogger when he uploaded the blog and further to the right the date of the upload will be shown.
Now the users can view the blogs either by "5 per page", "11 per page" or "17 per page". Then when it's all set they simply click on "Apply Browse Settings".

Now when the user views it by Half-Text Display mode, they will view the blog by seeing the title and under the username with their mood below and the date. To the right the profile image will be shown.
Below all this the half-texted blog will be shown and the link [ READ MORE ] will be there to give them an option to read more of the blog. Under the half-texted blog the links [ VIEW ENTRY ] [ LEAVE A COMMENT ], once clicked on the view entry the user will be direct to the blogs page, which will be further explained later on. Now if the user clicks on the leave a comment they will be directed to the blogs comment box of WYSIWYG editor.

To the right under the Blog Browser Box there is the box of "Top Bloggers" to be found, which as the name says shows the bloggers who are blogging the most.

Once Clicked On A Blog Entry
Once the user clicks on the blog title it will direct them to a separate page with the content of the blog and the Menu of different options regarding to blogs will be found at top as it is in the Blogs section. There will be the profile image over the blog, which if clicked will direct the user to the bloggers profile.
The username, mood, date of upload and music will be next to the profile image.

Write New Blog
Once the user clicks on this link it will direct them to the "Submit Item" in their account area.

Edit Blog
When the user clicks on edit blog, they will be directed to their "My Items" where they will have their blogs available for them to freely edit it.

RSS Feed
When the user clicks on this link they will be directed to a place without design and only the content.

The layout of the Rate section is fairly simply. At the top there is the Menu with three options for the user to be/do.

1. Main
Here the user can rate a randomized picture, in which they can rate from 1-10, as 1 has a blue colour it signifies "cold", while number 10 has a red color, which signifies "hot", the higher the rate the higher the heat. To the right of the rating numbers there is a "Play" button which send the user to the next randomized picture to rate, without having to rate this picture.

Below the rating numbers the actual picture to be rated will appear and below the image info such as who is posted by, how many view and how the actual rating is of the image.

To the right there will be a box with the title "Top Image Listing", which will have two links within it; "Top Rated" and "Most Viewed". These links will direct you to either top rated listing of images or most viewed listing of images within the same Rate module.
Below this box should be another box called "Top User Ratings", with the links to "Female" and "Male", which will link the user to a list of either top rated Female or top rated Male.

2. Upload Pic
This link will direct the user to their user account submit item page. Where they can submit the title for the image and the category and the actual image, which by default will have the max size of 500kB.

3. Edit Pic
This link will direct the user to their user account editing item page. For further information please go the module of MY ACCOUNT, under the subcategory of MY ITEMS.

The layout of the Battle section is fairly simply. At the top there is the Menu with three options for the user to be/do.

1. Main
Here the user can choose on which picture should win this specific battle, in which they can choose between two images, which will radonimzely turn up each battle.

To the top right there is a link called [ VIEW BATTLE LEADERS ], which will link the user to the top 20 images which is leading within the Battles.

2. Upload Pic
This link will direct the user to their user account submit item page. Where they can submit the title for the image and the category and the actual image, which by default will have the max size of 500kB.

3. Edit Pic
This link will direct the user to their user account editing item page. For further information please go the module of MY ACCOUNT, under the subcategory of MY ITEMS.

In the Poll Module, there are three main options on the upper area of the section, they are "Polls", "Create New Poll" and "Edit My Poll".

1. Polls
At the top there is a text which will show how many polls the user is viewing of the numbers of the total amount of polls.

Below this text the Poll Boxes will be placed. Two in one vertical row and continuing downwards.
A Poll Box has the profile image of the user with the poll questions below the picture and below the questions naturally the answers will be shown for the user to press and once they do press the answer it will send them to a page where it says "Thank..." and there will be an option if they wish to view the results of the poll they just answered, in which they can click on [ GO HERE ].
If the user already answered the poll, it will says so below the profile image and what they answered to the poll with the link [ VIEW THE RESULTS ] below the answer. Once the user clicks on the link of viewing the results, they will be able to view the results in percentage and how many votes there have been made and by whom.
As admin the link to delete the poll will be above the profile image called [ DELETE ].

To the right of this Poll Module there should be a dark blue box with the text "Recent Visitors", which below will show the user who recently viewed this section, showing their profile image. Then they simply click on the "Submit Poll" and this will be added to the database, by default it will go directly to the Poll area, but the admin can always change this setting if they wish to improve the poll beforehand, this setting is easily changed in the Admin Panel, under "Settings" >> "Site" and there should be a question "Do you want to approve new polls before having them in the poll section?", the admin simply press yes and saves the settings and every poll has to be approve from this area.
To approve the polls the admin simply goes to the Admin Panel Area under "Sections" >> "Polls".

2. Create New Poll
This link will direct the user to their user account submit item page. With a form for one question and four answers.

3. Edit My Poll
This link will direct the user to their "My Items" in their "My Account" area, which will show them a list of their polls and which date they were created with a red cross to the right for them to delete the poll. If they wish to edit the poll they simply click on the title of the poll and they will get redirected to the forms of the poll, for them to easily change the questions or/and the answers.

Groups is a section in which the members can form groups and create a mini community of their own choice.

The menu is divided in three options:

1. Groups Home

An option to find a group is to find them by their category, this is the case if the community is large and there are a big amount of groups.

In this section there should be a box where it is listed in two separate list of categories, which starts with "Countries & Regional" and ends with "Recreation & Sports", these categories are links in which when clicked will direct the user to Browse area within the section of Groups, which will have the same look at the actual Browse Module.

Where there will be drop down menus of "Groups", "Country", "Sort By" and then input forms for City and Keywords to search for the specific group. If found a group, there will be another box showing the groups front image to the left, their location, the name of the group, a short info about it and whether it is a "Public Group" or not, then under "Members" it will be a figure showing how many members there are in the group and which date it was created.

To get back to the actual Category Box of groups, there is a link of option to "[ Create A Group ]" or to "[ View All ]". When a member decides to create a group and does so here, they will get directed to another page within the module, this will be explained further under Create A Group. The last mentioned link [ View All ], will redirect the user to the Groups Browse Search Area, which has been explained earlier.

Below the Groups Category Box there is the "New Groups", which will show the recently created groups, showing their group image, the flag of their country, the name of the group, whether it is "Public" or "Private", by who it was created by and when and a short information regarding this group. Then to the bottom right, there is two links "[ JOIN ]" and "[ VIEW ]", when the user clicks on the Join Button, they will directly be joined into the group.

When the user clicks on the View button, they will get directed to the groups profile.
At the bottom of the groups section the users can view the recent visitors of this section.

Viewing a Group
To the top left there will be two links called [ INVITE OTHERS ] [ UPLOAD IMAGE ], the first sending the user to an invite page where there will be a FriendBox with their friends usernames listen in and a SendBox, where they will add their friends username, below these two boxes will be a third and last box where it says "Send Out Emails". These links are only shown for the group members.

Now if the user clicks on the Upload Image button, they will get to a page with a form for the Title/Description of the image and the form to get the source of the image.

To the top right there is a link which will "<< Go To Groups Directory".

Now the actual box of the group will have five menu buttons on top, with "Welcome", which is this current page, "Forum", which is a secluded forum for the members of this group - note that this forum has the exact same layout as the actual Forum in the site. Then there is "View Members", which shows the members by presenting their profile images and their username above the image. Then next to this link there is the "View Gallery", which will show the user the images of the group. Last but not least, a "Contact Us" link, where it will direct them to a message box to send a note to the leader of the group.

Below there will be an image in which the Admin of the Group uploaded, which will be the logo of the Group. To the right you will find the short info about the group. Which category they belong to, the type of the group, when it was created, the amount of members, how many times it has been viewed and the locations of the Groups.

Below the group logo and short info there is a “About Us” area, in which the group can submit whatever text they desire describing the group. To the far right there is the group creator with their profile image. Naturally, as clicked the users will get directed to the group creator’s profile.

Under the “About Us” field, there is a “Group Members” box, in which shows a few of the members, showing the profile image, on the bottom right there is a link given the option to [ VIEW ALL MEMBERS ]. Once clicked on the link the user will get directed to a simply page with the group members, showing their profile image.

To the right there is a shoutbox, for the group members to freely type whatever they desire. It has the exact same lay-out and function as the shoutbox in the “Home (When Logged In)” area.
To the lower left of the shoutbox there is the “Group Gallery” showing three randomized picture. To the bottom right of the box there is a link [ VIEW ALL PHOTOS ] once clicked it will direct the user to a simply page of the images.

Below this box there is the Forum area, which has the exact same layout as the Forum on the site.
Now if the group is a private group a text will appear telling the user that this is a private group and to view the group they have to be a member. Then there is a link which will enable them to ask the group creator to join the group or simply return to the groups index.

As an admin of the site, they can view any group, whether be it private or public, in which they also have the authority to directly delete the group, as they have a delete button on the top right of each group.

2. My Groups
Here will be a simply page with the group logo of the group the user is member in. With the option of removing the group.

3. Create a Group
Here is the form of creating a group, starting with the group name, the group headline, the group’s contact email and below these are the drop down menu of group category, the option of allowing the group members to invite other users on the site, if people can openly join or not, if the forum is public or not, if the creator wish to have the group as a public group or a private one and whether the group members are allowed to upload images to the group gallery. Below is the option to which country the groups are and which city. Then there is the upload form of the group logo. Then last is the description box of the group, which is a WYSIWYG editor. Then the users simply click on the “Create Group” and the group has been created!

Here the members can create a quiz regarding anything they want. These quizzes has to be approve first by the admin in the Admin Panel under Sections >> Quiz. So if there are any inappropriate contents the user submitted the admin can delete the quiz for safety reasons.

Quiz
Here the users can view the most recent quizzes, simply click on "Take Quiz Now" and the browsing user can take the quiz with the option to pick four questions. As an admin there will be a delete button above the profile image. If the browsing user clicks on "View All Results" they will get directed to the page where the scores of other browsing users are shown. Showing the percentage of the correct answers they had and once they click on "View Results", they will be able to view the results of the other browsing users.
To the right there is a "Recent Visitors" showing the most recent to have browse around the section.

Create New Quiz
This will be a form which the user can submit the Quiz Title, The Questions and the Answers. They can submit up to 10 questions.

My Quizzes
Here is where the quizzes of the browsing user have his own quizzes, listed numerically with the most recent at top. It shows the date it was made and there is a red cross in which is a delete button.

This section is for the users to invite other or give them the opportunity to join a certain event, i.e. birthday parties, meetings and/or any social gathering.

Users can add events, make them private/public, they can add where the location is, the time of the event and the description of the event. Users can then invite other users to the event and the users then can either decline/accept or await their decision with a "Maybe" and they can also add a comment to the answer.

The events are divided in Categories.

As an admin you can delete any of the events.

There is also a handy calendar which shows the different events occurrence.
