Stylish and classy, Schmitt & Ongaro Marine Products' 712 Vision Steering Wheel pairs a sleek appearance with a comfortable design. Behind its stainless steel good looks is meticulous craftsmanship for durability and corrosion resistance.
The center spoke, cast from 316L stainless steel, features open and modern styling that flows into the finger-grip rim. Its stainless steel press fit control knob has no plastic insert, eliminating a component that can crack and require replacement. It also has no exposed fasteners, traditionally a weak point for corrosion to set in. Instead, Schmitt & Ongaro welds and smoothes the fastener after installation, then electropolishes the wheel for a stylish yet durable finish.
Easy to mount, the Vision Steering Wheel has a 2cm tapered shaft and stainless steel center nut. Excellent for saltwater use and sportfish craft, it is offered in 34cm and 39cm wheel diameters.
