SCORPION MODIFY BOAT MODEL DESIGNS TO FEATURE AT SOUTHAMPTON BOAT SHOW |On Stand: C038

World Class RIB manufacturer Scorpion RIBs will be showcasing three models from the modernised range at Southampton Boat Show on September 16th.
The new Serket 87 and the Scorpion Strike join forces with the famous Scorpion Sting, making its first-ever appearance at Southampton Show, to wow the thousands of visitors expected to attend the show this year.
SERKET 87 – NEW T-TOP BIMINI
The Serket 87 replaces the Serket 85; built in the same platform, but with a new aft seat arrangement. This twin outboard model has a flattering modern design and boasts the performance, quality and design elements that are expected of a Scorpion RIB.
The package includes optional T-Top bimini, a sun pad, an integrated rear deck, picnic table, generous storage and a payload capacity of 2800kg.This particular model is very popular among Scorpion’s growing Mediterranean based customers.
The overall appearance simply emphasises Scorpion’s design finesse and flair matched with an outstanding ride quality and excellent sea keeping abilities.
The overall length is 8.7m and there is a choice of standard fitted engines; either a pair of Mercury Verado 200hp, or Suzuki 175hp. Both options deliver a similar performance and are well balanced with the RIB. Other options are available by request.

SCORPION STRIKE SPORTING NEW COLOURS
The covers were pulled off to huge applause and cheers from the VIP’s and media invited to her launch at last year’s Southampton Boat Show. Since then, the Strike has completed sea trials, been tested by the International press and is now in full production.
The RIB is designed to use either a 300hp Mercury Verado or Yamaha engine and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 55knots.
With Ullman seating as standard and Scorpion’s stepped hull, the Strike offers an exceptionally comfortable and dry ride.

SCORPION STING- FIRST TIME OUT AT SOUTHAMPTON
The Scorpion Sting will be making her debut at the Southampton Boat Show for the first time ever.
The cabin RIB with a pair of inboard Diesel engines, upholds the finest reputation amongst the entire Scorpion range. The Sting has an outstanding pedigree with a stack of endurance records and racing titles to her credit, and combined with her world-renowned sea-keeping abilities, it surely makes her one of the most successful RIBs ever built.
This is a RIB that can meet every owner’s needs and desires and is an ultimate must-see.
Twin Yanmar 315hp engines are fitted as standard, which pushes the speed above 50knots.
