FTLMC & FYBA to Co-Host 2012 Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show Event

“Mojitos, Mambo and the Macarena!” Is the Theme for Annual Boat Show Kickoff Fundraiser Benefiting Shake-A-Leg Miami
The Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA) and Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club (FTLMC) have come together once again to support Shake-A-Leg Miami by co-hosting the second-annual Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show Kickoff Party. With a theme of “Mojitos, Mambo and the Macarena!”, the event will feature live music, drinks and appetizers. The fundraiser will be held on Wednesday, February 15 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Show Management tent on Cocktail Barge #1 in the 4700 block of Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida.
A limited number of event tickets are available and can be purchased online for just $30 at http://www.fyba.org. Event sponsorships also are available.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Shake-A-Leg Miami, a charitable organization that helps disabled people of all ages overcome their handicaps by learning and engaging in the fun and rewarding discipline of sailing.
“This annual event helps Shake-A-Leg Miami continue its fine work of helping children and adults overcome their physical, developmental and economic challenges,” says Harry Horgan, Founder and President of Shake-A-Leg Miami. “Last year’s event was so well-received that these fine marine industry organizations have decided to host it again this year. We at Shake-A-Leg Miami thank them for their continued support.”
